I can understand that becoming “healthy” is confusing. You probably don’t even know where to start. But I can help, since you are still reading!

First off – Someone does not become healthy overnight. Secondly – Health is a state of being, and encompasses multiple parts, such as physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Therefore, exercise is only taking care of one part. Thirdly – Living healthy is a life-long process, but worth it.
